Tapenade Dip

Serves: Makes 1 cup

  • 2 cups Navarino Icons Kalamon Olives, drained and pitted
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. drained capers
  • 1 tbsp. Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt,
  • Pepper
  • Pita¬†wedges

Blend first four ingredients in a food processor to form a smooth paste. Gradually add the olive oil, stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a small serving bowl and serve the tapenade dip with pita wedges.
